Case study · Short-term rental operations
How Zentro runs 6 Airbnbs with 1 human and 4 AI agents
Zentro is a small short-term-rental operation run by one person. Before HAPM, that meant 18 hours of messages, reviews, and maintenance triage per week. Today, the agents handle everything that's routine — the operator only sees what actually needs a human judgment call.

“I used to be the bottleneck of my own business. Now the agents run the routine and I only touch decisions that matter. Same revenue, one-sixth of the hours.”

How a guest message flows
The core loop. Approval is always reversible; nothing happens without the operator's signal.
- 1
Guest sends a message via Airbnb
Message arrives in HAPM via webhook. Sybyll classifies intent (question / issue / small talk) and drafts a reply in 30 seconds.
- 2
Confidence-scored proposal lands in the approval queue
If the draft scores ≥ 85% confidence, it auto-sends after a 60s hold. If < 85%, Leo sees it in Telegram with one-tap Approve/Reject.
- 3
Routine questions never reach the operator
Checkin time, WiFi password, parking — all auto-replied from the vault. Leo only sees the interesting stuff.
- 4
Issues get the right hand, fast
Leaky faucet? DrK checks the knowledge base, proposes a fix plan, and if approved, messages the preferred vendor. Leo sees the whole chain as one card.
What HAPM does not do (yet)
The honest list. We update this page as capabilities land.
- —No phone calls (guests using SMS/voice still reach the operator directly).
- —No SSO or SAML — Enterprise tier is email-sold until Q3 2026.
- —Obsidian integration is server-side file sync, not a native plugin (yet).
- —Async auto-approval is opt-in per agent; off by default.
Want this for your operation?
HAPM is currently invite-only. Join the waitlist — we're inviting 20 operators per month, prioritizing STR and small-agency shops.
Metrics shown are from the first full month of Zentro running entirely on HAPM. Individual results depend on your property mix, guest profile, and how aggressively you tune auto-approval thresholds. Updated monthly.
