HAPM is operated by Weirdo.Rocks LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the HAPM platform (“the Service”). If you have questions, contact us at office@weirdo.rocks.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). Optionally, a Telegram ID if you connect the Telegram integration.
  • Workspace data: tasks, projects, OKRs, time entries, captures, agent assignments, and other content you create within the Service.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the Service. This data is not sold to third parties.
  • Communications: if you contact us via email, we retain those communications to respond to your requests.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate you and manage your account
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, notifications you have opted into)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Monitor for security threats and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure we control. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or depends on the following third-party services:

  • Telegram — optional bot integration; only used if you connect it
  • Google — optional Google Analytics / Search Console integration; only used if you configure it
  • Obsidian Sync — optional vault sync; data written to your local vault only
  • AI providers (Anthropic, Groq) — task content may be sent to these providers when using AI agent features; their respective privacy policies apply

6. Cookies

HAPM uses minimal cookies: a session token stored in localStorage for authentication, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
