By accessing or using HAPM (“the Service”), operated by Weirdo.Rocks LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HAPM is a project management platform designed for teams working with both human members and AI agents. The Service allows users to manage tasks, review AI-generated proposals, track time, set OKRs, and coordinate agent workflows within workspaces.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Weirdo.Rocks LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without prior written consent
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Weirdo.Rocks LLC. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

HAPM facilitates the use of AI agents and may surface AI-generated proposals, suggestions, or content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before acting on it.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEIRDO.ROCKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weirdo.Rocks LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
